None of us lives in a vacuum. We live in communities, and there are many support services out there that can help us to navigate life and connect with others.

• Fruit and Vege Co-ops - Head to your local co-op to purchase a box of fresh fruit and vegies for $12- $15 a week.
  
  
• Community Matters - A branch of the Department of Internal Affairs, with advisory teams located around New Zealand, available to work with you and your community. Community Matters works with and for community, hapū, and iwi to support the building of community connection, innovation, and the empowering of local people to create positive change in their communities.
